In order to promote cultural exchanges between China and Luxemburg and contribute to the educational programs in Nanpi County, the Center for International Business Ethics (CIBE) at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and the Nanpi County Government of Hebei province, agree to co-organize the “Xiang Tao Art Exhibition” with paintings and calligraphies, which will be hosted by the Luxembourg Embassy in Beijing.

All art pieces will be retained by the Nanpi County Education Development Association (the Association hereafter) with copyrights shared with the author. However, the Association reserves unilateral rights on the sales of such pieces at any time while the net income derived shall be distributed on the basis of 80%:20% between the Association and the author. All income of the Association for this event shall be contributed to the educational programs in Nanpi County of Hebei province and managed by CIBE.
