This Tuesday September 18th 2012, the Annual CSR Asia Summit started in Beijing, at the Wanda Pullham Hotel. The two day summit organized by CSR Asia , a Consulting Company in CSR, was attended by various leaders in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility , NGOs, and research institutes from across Asia and the world. Theme is this Summit was the relation between the Government and the CSR , ‘ Local innovation for Global Challenges’ and what followed was a two day lively discussion on the impact of companies (esp. Multinationals) on their local environment, and what these companies undertake to engage with society and government.
