Panel discussion:  The latest round of China US Strategic and Economic Dialogue took place in DC last week. That came just a few weeks after the first leaders' summit between Presidents Xi Jinping and Barack Obama in California in which both leaders stressed the importance of a working relationship and mutual trust between the two sides.
