Members of the Fourth Collegiate Social Responsibility Summer Camp are Interviewed by Channel One News

On July 29th at roughly 8:00AM-one hour before the opening ceremony of the Fourth Collegiate Social Responsibility Summer Camp- three campers are interviewed by the American news channel, Channel One News, digital content provider focused on encouraging the youth to be informed which is then broadcasted to approximately five million people. Those three interviewees gave their specific opinions and this talk went on cheeringly. The interviewees included Zhou Lin from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a winner of the Sixth College Corporate Social Responsibility Essay Competition, Feng Chenxu from the Collegiate Social Responsibility Association of UIBE, and  Xu Shuyang from the University of Toronto.

In this interview, the host Shelby Holiday asked about international business ethics, CSR, current trade cooperation between China and America, etc. The three interviewees gave their specific opinions and this talk went on cheeringly. Worth mentioning is that when Shelby asked why they wanted to attend this summer camp, one student said CSR was popular and developed very well in Western countries, yet Chinese enterprises and undergraduates were still not familiar with it. She hoped this camp would let her know the spirit of CSR and the way in which to achieve it, making CSR known to the public. Another member said he wanted to widen his horizon, combining his law and business ethic knowledge in order to prepare for his future career. No matter what the reasons are, we believe everyone can learn a great deal from this camp.
